Here are the parameters I am using for dates:

Attributes = Ticket #, Status, Assigned To, Status Date, Install Date, Category, Activity, Environment, Component, TstTrk
Type Status Date = date
Type Install Date = date
Date format = %A, %d %B, %Y

Preset Status Date = $date
