The configuration is, for the mail part :

Default Email From = Olivier.Callot@cern.ch

Use Email Subject = ELOG Computing Operations - $Subject ($Site - $System - $Production number)

 

Thanks for telling me which flag/option I have to set to restore the proper mail 'From:' field.
