Options Eyepiece = Pentax{a}, TeleVue{b}, Meade{c}
{a} Options Pentax = 5mm, 20mm, 30mm |

Instead of using three different options you could use the same:
Options Eyepiece = Pentax{a}, TeleVue{b}, Meade{c}
{a} Options Form = 5mm, 20mm, 30mm |
